## The Weaviate Hero Program

The Weaviate Hero Program recognizes and celebrates community members who contribute and engage in ways that make the community, in the program's own words, "a great and safe place where people can learn, make friends, and grow. A place for giving and receiving."

Heroes contribute across the forum, GitHub, in-person events, livestreams and podcasts, social media, and blog posts. In return the program offers merch, books and credits, dedicated channels, participation in Weaviate-hosted and sponsored events, meet and greets, workshops, roundtables with the Weaviate team, and feature previews.

## Community conduct

Weaviate Heroes are expected to model the community Code of Conduct: kind, open, inclusive, approachable, and generous with knowledge.
