  1. November 2025 - Document: Weaviate - Terms of Service
    1. Self-Serve Terms of Service (before: "Cloud Agreement")
      1. Section 6.1. Removed the indemnification procedure" "provided that (a) Customer will promptly notify Weaviate of such Claim, (b) Weaviate will have the sole and exclusive authority to defend and/or settle any such Claim, and (c) Customer reasonably cooperates with Weaviate in connection therewith. Customer, may at its option and expense, assist Weaviate in the defense of the Claim."
      2. Section 6.2.
